Shipping policy

We process orders as soon as possible, however please allow 4-16 weeks for order fulfilment. Small modules (0510 & 0310) can typically be shipped out within 4 weeks, while larger modules (2520, 2540, 2020, 4040) may take longer. Should you have an urgent order, please make a request through our online form.

We ship internationally via DHL Worldwide Express. Shipment fees are calculated automatically upon check out and will vary with shipment address and seasonality - the rates are determined dynamically by DHL and cannot be controlled by SepPure Technologies. Duty and Local Tax, if applicable, are not included in the shipping fee. 

Shipments will be covered as per DHL standard terms and conditions. The standard terms for DHL Express shipping insurance includes coverage in the event of loss or damage during transportation. This is separate from DHL's standard liability, which covers only part of the value of the shipment in the event of direct loss or damage while in transit, at no extra cost.
