Refund policy

Warranties 
The warranty period is 12 months covering manufacturing defects excluding wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. SepPure Technologies may choose to repair or replace the equipment, depending on the nature of the issue. 

Certain components, parts or consumables that might have limited or separate warranties, such as filters, may be covered separately.

The warranty is subject to proper installation, maintenance, and use according to the provided instructions. The warranty can become void if the equipment is tampered with or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
